Full-time, benefited position:
Monday – Friday; 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

This position works hand in hand with our veterinarians to provide paperwork from health certificates and veterinary exams for mortality insurance, to test results that are accurate and detail oriented, and paperwork needed to ship/export horses all over the world. Duties include but are not limited to processing a variety of paperwork, incoming laboratory samples, incoming EVA samples and sales results, and insurance forms. Receive training on the requirements and the process of importing and exporting of horses. Preparing Coggins forms for export blood work, handle incoming fax, email or phone calls from clients. Processing interstate health certificates, assisting with office equipment needs and ordering supplies and posting mail daily. Additional projects and duties may be assigned as needed.
